1. Travel southbound on the A23 and enter Brighton.
2. Take the A27 westbound towards Worthing.
3. Turn left at the traffic lights (Suzuki Garage) onto Busticle Lane.
4. Continue forward onto Western Road North - B2222.
5. Continue forward onto Western Road.
6. Turn left at The Triangle, signposted Lancing Business Park.

Directions from A259 Brighton Road (Worthing - Shoreham) coast road

1. At Lancing Brooklands Boating Lake traffic lights turn northbound onto Western Road.
2. Turn right at The Triangle, signposted Lancing Business Park.

Then:

1. Turn onto Commerce Way.
2. Turn right onto Marlborough Road.
3. Turn left onto Chartwell Road (one way system).
4. After the first 2 industrial units turn left, signposted Sussex Tiling School.
5. Sussex Tiling School is down on the right hand side.
